Today I'm posting a card I created for my hubby's God-daughter Kathryn, who just turned one. Shes' one of the sweetest little girls ever, with strong character (which already displays at this tender age) and we love her dearly. I'm using one of Mo's images (I'm an addict, remember :-), Basic Grey paper, one of Martha Stewart's punches "around the page", Prima's flowers that I have had in my stash for AGES and some stickles glitter glue.

I'm participating in Bellarific Friday this week! The sketch was sooooo cool, I just had to create a card! I've chosen the Funky Hanging Flowers stamp by Stamping Bella, used some scraps of Basic Grey paper I had on my desk and mimikried Becca Feeken's double-bow, which I absolutely love! And this is the result:

Today I'm participating in Mo Manning's challenge " A bit of Green". I'm excited as this is my first ever attempt to participate in Mo's challenges! I've got quite a few digital stamps from her, and I absolutely love each and every one of them! They're all true pieces of art! And they're so much fun to colour too! Well, here is my greenish/pinkish submission. I've used an accordion-folding technique for the background, which I learned from super-talented Becca Feeken, who always shares tips on her cool creations. I've only adjusted Becca's technique a bit to make the pleats a bit narrower and used 1/16 of an inch on Martha Stewart's scoring tool. It's quite time consuming, I must admit, but the result is totally worth it :-)
